Well, the founders have over 60 years combined Recruitment experience, both in Recruit-to-Recruit and in ‘Industry’. But while years of experience may be useful, it doesn’t necessarily make you better. In fact, in our experience, many people in Recruit-to-Recruit seem to have entered for the wrong reasons; there’s a world of difference finding some temps for a short term assignment, compared to Head Hunting a top biller and placing them into a career changing role.
